My appointment was literally at 10:20 this morning. I arrived five minutes early, tried to open the door and it is locked, but the lights are on. I stood outside for over 10 minutes, trying to call and was also knocking on the door, but to no avail. My calls kept going straight to voice mail, and no one came to open the door. Nope! Never again! This young lady is all about money. I try my best to support black businesses but people like her make it hard! I purchased this deal on Groupon for a Brazilian. Please keep in mind this is my first time going to her. Groupon instructions are not very clear! I made my appointment received service and was told I could not use my voucher because it’s only applicable for service on Tues and wed. How the heck would I know that?
