Finding Olga's ballet barre classes has been one of the best things I've done for myself. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more energised and so proud of what my body can do. I love these classes. After four months I feel great and have more energy. Olga is the best teacher. The classes have helped me to strengthen my body and get in good shape.
I've been coming to OLA Fitness for about 3 months now, and absolutely love the style of exercise and welcoming atmosphere! Olga is a true professional, and the barre class is true to form (unlike some barre classes that are more mat Pilates). Especially love the Strength class that combines ballet movement and weights, feel both strong and graceful
Love coming to Olga’s classes! She’s very warm and creates a very welcoming environment which is great for beginners such myself. Really enjoy the diversity in the classes as well, her classes are not repetitive and each week feels different. Will definitely continue going!
