Such a great massage session! Not only was it super relaxing, but my therapist explained everything in a way that was really easy to understand. I learned so much about how my body works and what I can do at home to feel better between sessions. Left feeling refreshed, loosened up, and much more informed. Highly recommend!

Jamie is absolutely wonderful! I had my first massage with her today. Her space is very nice and very welcoming. Super clean and private. She listened to my concerns and worked wonders on my problem areas.
Ashiatsu is different in the most unexpected of ways. My body felt completely nourished! Nourished? Yes. It is common to feel relaxed and relief… and if I’m being real, sometimes that’s because it is over and was intense “working out” or “working on” areas. With this technique Jamie is able to address a muscle completely from origin to insertion. The result is energy flowing unhindered. My body is grateful for this new nourishing experience which restored/reset a balance I didn’t know I was missing. Thank you, Jamie!
