We have two Certified Rolfers and one massage therapist, so we are sure to have the right fit for your needs. Whether you want to improve your posture, get out of pain, improve in a sport, or just de-stress, we can help you SEVEN days a week! The goal of Rolfing is to balance and organize the soft tissues of the body in movement and gravity. The side effect of doing this is that people notice more efficiency in their bodies leading to less muscle and joint pain, among other things.
