I've been going to Body Balance once a week for the last few months. Recently, I injured my hip tendons and lower back and I've been in a lot of pain. I hobble into the massage room but I walk out pain-free (or almost). Massage has been the only thing that helped (although physical therapy is kicking in at long last). Latasha is skilled, patient and congenial; going to Body Balance is one of the highlights of my week.
Latasha's massages are amazing. Just a little bit of peace in the world.
I love the ashiatsu massage. She did a good job on my neck and shoulders. clean and professional experience.
