Gyrotonics is awesome! I have been going to a personal trainer at BBandB for about a year now. The method of exercise is called gyrotonics and I love it. It is a bit like pilates but has much more 3 dimensional movement. Shah my trainer is exceptional when it comes to knowing just how to work with my body. He is specially trained in scoliosis treatment and has worked with my mild case to create a more even body and therefore I have less pain after standing all day at my job.
