I've taken the Tone n Sculpt classes and be prepared to sweat! Olya has great energy , the studio is spacey and I love their eucalyptus towels!

I love working out at Body Balance, it is the perfect lunchtime work out. You can customize your work out to suite any fitness level. The class sizes are small, so you never feel crammed and you get lots of individual attention.

I have tired almost all of the barre studios in Vancouver and I have to say Body Balance is my absolute favourite. The location is convenient and the facility is always clean and spotless. (I've been to too many barre studios where there is dust on the bar or garbage/ dust on the floor and it all ends up on your bare feet!) The 45 minute classes are challenging and I always get a good sweat from class. Love Olya’s classes! Very good deep workout, great music, thoughtful adjustments, mindful guidance, all what you can wish for in a group exercise. Highly recommend!
