I had a pleasure of dropping in today and I must say it was one of the most welcoming experiences. Coach Alyssa and the other athletes made me feel right at home. After workout everyone headed to an amazing little coffee shop and it was fantastic to slow down a bit and enjoy the great company. Thank you for the amazing experience.
First of all I came here after being on a dead-man's profile for five months, and recovering from a tummy tuck. I began working out three x week, and slowly progressed from smily face to FX. In just two months I lost almost three sizes and got the highest PT score ever. The vibe is always super positive and the coaches encourage you. The owners are truly awesome people. I will miss this place
