I had been training for 8 years with a trainer at another gym, and then decided to work out on my own for a while. We’ve been training with Andre for a couple of years now and every time, it’s an eye-opening new lesson in how the body works, and how to move efficiently and properly. 10/10 recommend.
I've been working with Andre at Body Architects for a few years now and I can't say enough about the quality of the training I've received and the positive results. More than just workouts, they have taken a more holistic approach to their clients health that has made a huge difference and helped me to look at "going to the gym" differently. Highly recommend.
Always a welcoming environment at BA! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by name, giving you a feeling of community. Whether you are starting out or a seasoned athlete, it’s an encouraging atmosphere that always makes you feel comfortable.
I wouldn't chose any other personal training studio to accomplish my health and wellness goals. You should check them out!!!
