John I gave you my platinum wedding ring to resize by 3 or 4 sizes which you did and charged for and kept the gold. Later when I returned to tell you it was way too small you agreed to correct the issue. I assumed you would add platinum rather than thin it out which you charged me for again. Consequently I have a wedding ring that is substantially thinner than it was originally and worth way less.

Had a missing diamond replaced and a Polish. He also tightened up a couple of other diamonds. This is a proper jewelers not a jewelry store. Highly reccomend! Great bloke!
