Very very clean and organize work out place, i passed thru the town got a day pass, liked it very much. Come show what you made off.
I really love this gym! I highly recommend the classes (especially the small group training classes), the instructors are incredible and they challenge me to work harder. I do the small group training classes and one on one personal training and have gotten really great results.
I absolutely love this gym. Always extremely clean, front staff very friendly, and trainers are amazing. They offer a wide variety of classes and a lot of them to suit just about any schedule. Trainers offer modifications in classes and you are never made to feel bad if you need to do anything in modification. "You do you" is the phrase. There is an abundance of cardio equipment and weight circuits, free weights. Daycare is offered. Locker rooms are clean, and have a changing area and showers.
