I’ve been going to Body and Mind with LaNissa for years now and I truly can’t recommend LaNissa enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to listen to what your body needs each session. Just love my time with La Nissa. Her massage therapy has helped me through some “not-so-good” times both mentally and physically. I am always more relaxed and flexible when leaving her office. She’s one of the best!
