Great place to be! Brett and his team are amazing! I started here in summer and love it. My measure is when you walk in and staff know you by name. That is a great business and you feel you are part of a community. I started to look forward to working out!. Their classes are engaging and you could really feel the positive change in your health
I highly recommend Body and Mind Athletics. I've been going for 10 months now and appreciate all the trainers, the clean space, and all the classes. I use the personal training services, and they are excellent. Overall, there is a fabulous vibe And community. Highly recommend.
