Amy has excellent intuition and ability. She is communicative and patient. Amy has been helpful with improving my sleep and managing pain. Her office is cozy and calm. My only regret is not going to her sooner!
I used to see Amy monthly for bodywork until I moved across the country. So when I knew I was coming into town I booked a session with her! It was like no time had passed- her kind and grounded spirit sets the tone of the space and she asked thoughtful intake questions before the massage. The bodywork was thorough, perfect pressure and honed into the areas I needed specific work in. Her touch is caring, skilled and effective. Anyone would be lucky to work with her!
