Today was my first day back in months and it felt great to be back! Body alive is always welcoming and positive attitudes all around.
This place is the best. Everyone is so friendly and the Pilates is killer!
First lots of positives, Ive had 3 different instructors, and they were all amazing, full of energy and class was fun and challenging. Music selection is fantastic; everyone is friendly and super engaging in the class. They are offering a killer deal which i took advantage of and location is great. My only issue, I'm not sure now they clean studio in between classes, there's so much sweat all over the floor and it has a funky smell it was hard to walk in one day.
