I had a wonderful 45 minute relaxation massage here and came away feeling lighter and very relaxed. The room and atmosphere were lovely and the attention of staff very welcoming.
My concerns about Body Alive Massage are not based on a minor customer service issue, but on how it responded to a very serious incident. In September 2024, a Body Alive employee, Gary Cali, was arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault. The matter subsequently proceeded to trial. DO NOT GO HERE! I would not even call the experience a massage. Darren spent the whole time shaking me and stroking me & spent a lot of time on the top of my breasts which was not necessary. I was lying on my front for the “back” part of the massage and he put his hands round the front of my thigh repeatedly whilst also pressing himself against my hand/arm.
