I’ve had such a great experience at Body Alive! The instructors have all been fantastic so far— always encouraging and great at keeping the energy up. The studio itself is clean and I love the overall vibe. The red lights and playlists really set the mood and make the workout so much fun. The refreshing cold towel at the end of class is the absolute best touch! It’s super convenient that they’re on ClassPass, making it seamless to book. I will definitely be back regularly!Â
I love Kenzie she is the best!!! I get an amazing challenging workout every time. I leave in pain but a good pain 😂 will be back again and again and againÂ
