absolutely love taking the Hot Dynamic Body Bar class with Erica! She is truly an amazing instructor—so detail-oriented and focused on making sure every move is done with proper form. I really appreciate her experience and wisdom; she brings a calm, confident energy to the class that makes me feel comfortable and supported. She takes the time to correct your posture and explain why each movement matters. I always leave her class feeling stronger, aligned, and more in tune with my body. Highly recommend her!
Went to class on 3/14 at 245 and found out after I walked into the room it was TV class. Was not happy there was a switch without informing me. I could have done a class at my home on a fitness app. I pay for the instructors. Then when class was done the cold towels were not even chilled. Did not get what paid for today.
