Such an incredible experience with Body Alive. Emma, the instructor was so positive, encouraging, and the environment is so positive. Workout kicked my butt, but it was such an amazing first class. Can’t wait to go back!
Love this gym and community! The hot classes are my favorite! Wanted to leave a general praise review because I don't get to often! Praise for all of the teachers that show up day after day (for MULTIPLE) hot classes a day. It is crazy impressive and I have no idea how you do it but I see you with your multiple changes of clothes and things to eat in between! So happy to have found this community recently!
