Body Alive Mason is the best! I love everything about it. They have 5am hot mat classes, the instructors are great, the rooms are clean. I go to both Lagree and Hot mat. Everytime I go to Lagree, I shake and sweat and be sore the next day. And I also love the hot classes. Body Alive has helped me with both my mental and physical health. I really recommend this place to everyone. My faves are Hannah, MDC, Ali, Kelly, Nicole, Molly and Emma. REST AND RESTORE class on Sunday evenings with Sarah!! That is all!! Thank you guys so much for offering this beautiful class as a time to slowly work your body, be still and at one. I absolutely look forward to this class for my mental health and I’m so glad I stumbled across it! I literally started crying after my first rest and restore class, my body and mind needed a class just like this so bad🥹🙌🏾. I hope it expands to even more body alive locations🤞🏾🫶🏾 ( I hardly ever leave reviews so I’m dead serious lol)
