Absolutely love this place. The instructors are superb and so welcoming! They push you to do your best and are the biggest cheerleaders and genuinely want to see you become stronger. I’m not a gym girlie but I feel so welcome and so comfortable here!
I looooooove this studio I came here when I had class pass and took Tone’s class and immediately canceled class pass and signed up for a membership here. There’s a variety of classes at different difficulties (ILY Hot body challenger & dynamic body bar) and all of the instructors are amazing. I’m 56. My daughter signed me up for reformer classes a year ago. I tried hot mat for the first time yesterday and I enjoyed it. I had reservations about being in the heat being menopausal - had NO issues and my body responded well. Plan to commit after my current reformer membership expires. Thanks Cass! for keeping an eye on me 🤗
