Ruth has help me so much with my injuries. She has done wonders to my face and my hip after receiving a side impact on my side of the car ( t-boned). My face was swollen to a point that my own daughter does not recognize me. After a session, you can see improvement on the swelling. My face bruises on my face start to get better and my face skin tone were getting back to normal. Ruth has helped me for the past several months relieving any pain my muscles have. As a athlete it was hard to find someone that knows what their doing until I found Ruth with body alignment. She is knowledgeable in lymphatic drainage and takes the time to explain each step before she does it. Highly recommended.
