A beautiful space, but once again I am disappointed to find a pilates studio with owners who are not fully trained and certified in a comprehensive pilates program from a reputable source. It’s challenging when they tell you that they have credentials but you can’t find them anywhere on the National Pilates Certification Program website.

This was my first introduction to Pilates in a formal class setting. I took a trampoline and two beginner reformer classes. It was incredible! Both the trainers were kind and welcoming. No mean girl Pilates energy. They both provided very helpful feedback on form, while maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Both classes were wonderful exercise. If I wasn't passing through, I would definitely sign up for a monthly membership. I highly recommend!

A modern, clean, beautiful studio in the heart of Waimea. Leianna curates a really intentional, and well executed class while also keeping the vibe social and light. I really look forward to returning

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Body Alchemy! I started my Pilates journey here a year ago, drawn in by their fantastic intro class package, and I’ve been hooked ever since. The impact this studio has had on my life is truly incredible—my physical well-being has improved tremendously, and I’ve found a great boost in my mental health as well. This is the best studio I’ve ever been to. The instructors are incredible. Everyone takes so much pride in what they do. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful positive place.
