BEST PILATES STUDIO!! This is a full amenities studio - you don’t have to bring anything except a towel & water. They provide mats & high quality equipment. Really nice variety of classes - reformer, infrared heated mat, trampoline, etc. The instructors are consistently professional & fun! Great music, helpful and well structured class. I’ve lived in Southern California where it is a fitness Mecca and this studio is superior to any I visited in CA. PS they sell super yummy healthy protein treats!
I’m sorry but these prices are RIDICULOUS. This place is not for the community, it is for very wealthy individuals, shame.
Wow, were we mistaken about Body Alchemy! It has far exceeded our expectations. In just a couple of months I can see and feel big improvements. I just completed my 30th class at Body Alchemy! This studio is a true Waimea haven—welcoming, intentional, and rooted in care. If you’re looking for movement, flow, and heat, I recommend joining a class (Pro tip: dive in with the 2 week all access pass). Deep gratitude to instructors Leianna, Tamara, Lauren, and Audrey—your energy and guidance make every class feel empowering and transformative.
A beautiful space, but once again I am disappointed to find a pilates studio with owners who are not fully trained and certified in a comprehensive pilates program from a reputable source. It’s challenging when they tell you that they have credentials but you can’t find them anywhere on the National Pilates Certification Program website.
