Then we Perform a physical assessment consisting of the affected body areas and from this information we will have a Diagnosis! We then explain your diagnosis and develop a plan of treatment. We can discuss this with any other health care providers that you would like, such as your GP, or specialist or your personal trainer.

Had a booking for 2pm arrived early as directed. Buzzed the intercom in both the carpark and outside the gym with no answer. Called the number and after 8 minutes of explaining and holding was told the Dr was not there and I could cancel my appointment. Had to have a half day at work. Not very professional
I had an amazing physio experience with Kayla. After completely tearing a ligament in my ankle, she got me back to full strength in time for my ski trip. Kayla is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and provided practical exercises that really worked. The recovery process was straightforward, with no unnecessary steps.
