Then we Perform a physical assessment consisting of the affected body areas and from this information we will have a Diagnosis! We then explain your diagnosis and develop a plan of treatment. We can discuss this with any other health care providers that you would like, such as your GP, or specialist or your personal trainer.

Worked with Kang to fix a shoulder impingement and bicep long head tendinopathy. Excellent clarity for treatment plan, outlined in the first session with the goal of being 'fixed' to end treatment (within a reasonable timeframe). Sessions went from weekly to fortnightly as progress was made and have now stopped as the injury healed. I made an appointment at short notice to see Kayla about bad lower back pain and lumbar shift. Kayla provided excellent service from initial diagnosis to treating the injury and providing ongoing exercises to support recovery. I was moving better with less pain immediately after the appointment and completely recovered after two days following the prescribed exercises. My new go to physiotherapist - highly recommend.
Kang really helped me recover from a hip injury that was impacting many other aspects of my body, he is very knowledgeable and got to the core issue quickly. Highly recommend!
