My massage yesterday with Saskia Vanderploeg was terrific. I have complicated neck problems that create upper back problems which been the 'bain' of my existence since November 2024. She was able to break down many of those cranky muscles and restore a bit of range of motion in my neck. Pretty amazing and I thank her for her hard work and determination.
Dana was outstanding. She is compassionate, so kind and a very intuitive healer. I received one of the best massages I have ever had.

Life Changing Experience! I had a follow up massage with Dana after living with crippling knee and lower back pain for weeks. The first session was a deep focus on my left leg and lower back. I was able to move and walk with no pain outta there! She clearly has the knowledge and experience. This second session was a delight. Feeling no pain and just being able to receive and trust her instincts allowed me to melt on the table. I’ll definitely be coming back to Body and see Dana again.
We were in last week and really disappointed in our massages. First, when I booked these massages it was with two different therapists both who I read their profiles and thought would be good for my wife and I. At no point was I communicated to that this had changed. Secondly, I requested a couples massage and at no point was I told that they couldn’t accommodate a couples massage.
