My mother & I split a sandwich & the Chickpea-Vege Sandwich & Udon Noodle Bowl (Japanese Udon, local green mix, seasonal vegetables, tahini ginger sauce, sesame seed, red chile), they were both DELICIOUS!
Paola Vengoechea is so much fun and the workouts are challenging and exciting. I never get tired of working out in her class, I always look forward to the workouts, and I always feel invigorated during and after my visit. It’s inspiring, encouraging, and everybody of every fitness level should be there to make their day better.
I had a Cranial Infused massage with Elliot and it was AMAZING! He is so knowledgeable about the nervous/muscular systems and I felt immediate relief from my chronic headache.
Atmosphere was amazing. Immediately setting an ambience. Mike was perfection. Pressure and attention to the areas he asked about at the beginning of the session. Would recommend to anyone in the Santa Fe area.
It was amazing- we couldn’t move afterwards. Lisa was the best.
