These guys literally just cut my line while crossing my lawn to install the neighbor's line. They were polite but stated (TLDR) tough luck. Based on how they presented and the details how other companies don't leave them much room I got the impression they regularly experience these "accidents'. Not at all impressed... Update: Forgot to come back and update this. They hit our landscaping power and sprinklers too. How they are a company blows my mind.
They broke my underground sprinkler, were provided video evidence in October 2025. After repeated attempts to reach them, they called in January 2026, said they'd be out the next day to fix it. It's now April 2026, and they have not fixed it.

If these guys show up to bury your AT&T cables, send them back! They damaged my existing cabling and now I am left without internet while working from home. I asked them not to leave before I resolve the situation with AT&T and they fled as soon as I got on the phone with AT&T. I followed them by car to their next job and have their pictures and videos. I am being bounced around by AT&T customer service in the meantime. Absolute worst way to start the day because of these incompetent idiots.
