WORST surgery I’ve ever had the displeasure of attending. The receptionists have terrible attitudes, they are condescending, clearly don’t care about patient empathy. My partner who has autism was left in tears after the way a receptionist treated her on the phone. If you are moody and don’t like the job, then why work in a place where empathy is essential? I have been at this surgery a while now and am very happy with it and the staff who work hard. From the online ordering of prescriptions to booking a B12 shot . Thank you for your hard work.
Very quick registration. Staff are friendly and very helpful, doing extra to make things work for you. The GP I see is great, knowledgeable and takes time to listen and do a very good assessment.
