Her office staff is the best! They are friendly and very helpful! Dr. Bodoutchian is very enthusiastic and friendly, but I don’t think she thoroughly listens. I don’t think she takes symptoms seriously, and can be condescending. Her office staff is absolutely terrific! You might have to wait, even with an appointment. Office hours are only three days a week.

Dr B is wonderful. I think the bad reviews are about her PA because I also have a bad experiences with her and if that would be her office I would never ever come back there. Dr B is the most caring, most knowledgeable doctor which I’ve ever met in my life- honestly. She treats you like a family. No rush, no worries. She is exceptional doctor!
We recently moved to Florida, but each time we return to LI. we make it a point to see Dr. Bodoutchian and her extraordinary, responsible, friendly and competent staff. She recommended a PCP not too far from us in Florida who was as competent, and knowledgeable as could be. He, in turn recommend other specialists and when a doctor recommends a doctor he/she uses themselves, you KNOW they are good!
Dr. Bodoutchian is not a human being. Should not be in the medical profession.
This doctor lacks all human compassion. My relative literally died the day after I spoke with her, and she presented no empathy, would not allow me to ask any questions regarding my relative's care or condition, and abruptly ended her phone call with me. I have notified the hospital, state department, and my attorney, as I will push to take on litigation regarding her lack of care.
Would never go back to her no bed side manner. Would not allow me to ask questions.
She cares, is loving, helpful, and very intelligent. Lucky to have her as part of my life. She has helped me through the years with my health but also always has a lending hand and great advice. EXCELLENT overall care
Unable to contact her, inconsistent returning call, blew me off and told me to go to the Er.
