They are really bad!!!! For one injection, I had to wait for 3 hours, although I had mentioned that I have a 5-hour traveling time, and I still had to wait 3 hours!!!! If they had told me from the beginning that it would take that much time, I would have changed my plans or canceled them.
Absolutely AMAZING !! Arrived from Kent with a corneal abrasion. I was triaged within 10 minutes of arriving then taken through to nurse HEATHER. What an absolutely ray of sunshine she is. Put me at ease straight away and was cracking jokes making me laugh from the second i saw her. She even drew me an eye on my patch Honestly cannot tell you how amazing she was.
