This gym is a joke!! It has nice equipment but the employees are incompetent! We have tried to cancel our membership and none of the employees know if we do it online or through an email. Every time we call we get different answers. Now we have to play $400 because these idiots don’t know how to do their freaking job. Bodifi needs to figure out their billing. I can’t believe I’m paying $400 to not go to their gym. I demand a response from the owner on why their company is such a crap show!
Janet and Lily are the absolute best. Can count on me coming to bodifi on a regular.
Pros: The staff that work at the gym are really great The equipment is decent. Cons: the cancellation process is horrible. I’ve been working for a month to get my membership canceled and still haven’t gotten it canceled. Truly scummy business practice. When I’m paying close to $100 a month, I find it truly insulting to have to pay extra for a key fob and meet with a manager to get permission to workout after hours. We have been trying to cancel our subscription here for a while and keep getting the run around. We called to cancel they told us they can’t even though when we signed up they said we could. Tried to cancel online but won’t go through. They want you to send a varied letter to their main headquarters but on the website it says cancel anytime. And when you ask for a manager to call back they don’t!!! Would give lower stars but I can’t
