Signed up for the 6 week challenge after not doing anything physical really for years. I AM LOVING IT! The gym is super clean, the atmosphere is so inviting and everyone is friendly, welcoming and makes you feel part of the group right away. The coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive. They provide all the tools and support needed to achieve your goals and keep you accountable (which i really need lol)! Highly highly recommend!!
