Adding this boxing class to my routine has pushed me to a whole new level physically and mentally. Very friendly atmosphere and the coaches keep you motivated & give great tips on form. I truly feel like the best version of myself after every class. highly recommend if you want to try something new and fun!!
One of the toughest yet best experiences I've ever known. The coaches push you to be better and each time you you return you'll gradually get stronger without realizing it. It's one of the best you can and can't possibly imagine.
Awesome family oriented environment with Awesome coach staff a place where u will feel welcomed and appreciated along with your kids, knowing they are safe and in great hands. Place where training on all levels is being taught.
I definitely recommend this gym for anyone kids and adults my sons been going here for about a year and a half my sons done pick up confident, discipline and structure and even lost weight and my husband and I joined the them ourselves three months about ago and let me tell you what it did for me it broke me down mentally then pick me back up I am fit now lost 30lbs I have upper body strength now and ultimately I always feel better after leaving the gym 10/10 I wouldn’t cancel my membership by a long shot
Amazing place perfect place to get advice I've been for A year and a half and now and I've gotten better in less then a month and amazing lemonade here at gym.
