The Bodies Race Company is a great place to volunteer!!
I volunteered for the Turkey Trails race this November. I loved the location (never having done a race in Newark before), the smaller number of participants, the people involved. I had a blast and look forward to doing another race!!
Volunteer your time and get a free race or gift card? I recommend it. I helped out at Candy Cane Course (Chicago) the volunteer coordinator onsite was very busy and very helpful and communicated with me throughout the race. It was very cold and sadly the water cups froze, as well as the water containers. Rylee was helpful in switching my status from runner to volunteer because of my injury.
Great way to start the day. I've done volunteering with this group for over a year and have enjoyed each of the races. Sometimes I run the race, other times, I run when I am not volunteering. Mark and Dave are the centers of the race team and they guide each of the groups on their duties and follow up to make sure that they had a good time.
Perfect and fun. Lovely people too
