I have had 2 buccal massages with Yana at Bodies N Motion and plan to go monthly because I likes it so much! Julia was amazing and was able to painlessly remove knots/trigger points that have been plaguing me for years.
Paul was great. He listened to what I told him were my problem areas and focused on them. When he asked if the pressure was fine I told him he could give me more and he listened. I had never had a "reiki" session and I enjoyed it thoroughly
