Nice gym..very friendly and helpful..
I love this local family owned gym! The membership prices are reasonable with no contract and you have 24/7 access with a key fob. The staff members are positive and helpful and to me, it feels welcoming and safe. There is a variety of cardio equipment, weights and weight machines, along with classes. I highly recommend Bodies N Motion Fitness Center!
