Unbelievable Results – I was a little skeptical going in to the consultation....But the overall experience was great. Arlan and Ann were very supportive of what they could accomplish with what I wanted to see change. I was amazed at the changes after several sesions and totally amazed at the change in body tone and shape after 11 visits! Well worth it and plan on doing it again.

Great Results – This was a great way to reduce and tone all over and specifically the abdominal region without straining neck muscles. Energy level increased. Having workout equipment available after sessions end is also a definite plus. This was definitely a positive experience.
