Therapist was knowledgeable and thorough in examining me. Gave me an excellent plan that is working on my problem. Great progress.
I came in for an appointment last week, and unfortunately my first impression wasn’t great. The front desk receptionist didn’t acknowledge me at all, she stayed on the phone and didn’t even look up to say hello. I don’t have a problem with not being assisted right away since it looked like a busy day, but I would have appreciated at least being acknowledged.
