I highly recommend this clinic! The facility is clean and organized, and the entire staff is kind and friendly. A huge shoutout to my PT, Toni—he is amazing. He has a great way of ensuring you're comfortable while still pushing you to do the hard work necessary for recovery. It’s that 'good kind of pain' where you know the treatment is actually working. Chris is the best physical therapist in the world. Very kind
My son called to schedule my appointment and honestly the experience wasn’t great. The person we spoke to sounded really cold and dismissive the whole time. The phone line was choppy, but instead of being patient with us, she sounded annoyed and didn’t want to help. There was also some confusion with the insurance, and when I tried explaining it, she seemed very dismissive. I’m hoping the actual visit goes better, because first impressions definitely matter. If not, I’d rather schedule at a different place.
