This is a great gym with 24 hour member access. Video surveillance inside and out. Very safe. Very convenient for those on an irregular schedule. Seems like OC is there ALL the time! Very hands on and knowledgable as a body builder and owner. He is very helpful, very approachable if you have questions about your routine, diet or the equipment.
