Highly recommend Hampstead Bodies and Balance. Therapy is very personalized and specific to your injury! Would not go anywhere else.
James was so nice he made sure he didn’t hurt me anymore than what I was already hurting. And he always told me what he was going to do before he did it so not to make me feel uncomfortable or anything. When ever I went to a different PT they just twisted me like a pretzel and hurt me more but not James. Thank you.
Great experience from the start. Immediately felt welcome and comfortable at first introductions with the front desk staff Renee. Then felt heard and was immediately helped by my PT Brittney Perry. Highly recommend
