I’ve been going to Bodies by Wade Dance Fitness in Westland, MI for almost two years, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience! Every class is a blast — I’ve burned a ton of calories, built a real sense of community, and even made some close friends along the way. The energy is always high, the workouts are fun, and it never feels like a chore to show up. If you’re looking for a fun way to get active and connect with great people, I highly encourage you to give it a try!
Got invited back by my friend, Donna Thayer & I’m so happy I did. We’ll be bringing more of our coworkers soon. Let me know if you have a night for kids. I have a little girl that would love to come with me. She’s seven years old. Great job everybody
