Best gym every! Vander knows his stuff...whatever it is your wanting to accomplish hes the MAN to help you get it done. Classes are awesome!
This guy lives this 24/7. Really does work all of his members to the best of their abilities, and knows that they may be in their heads sometimes and knows how to push them out to achieve their goals.
V is a great trainer. Be prepared to work hard.
Bodies by Vander is awesome! It is the place to be. The boot camp on Saturdays at 10am is no joke. Love this place. Check it out! You won't regret it 😉
