Energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, KNOWLEDGE! If you’re looking for a killer workout I highly recommend Bodies By Bashay. No workout is even close to being the same. HIIT style with body weight, weights, cardio.. you get it all. Bashay’s experience shows out!
By far the best workout in the area for the price! Not to mention he has years of experience and knows what he’s doing!
