Too early report on results, but their onboarding process felt tailored and efficient. They listened to my needs and got me setup with a trainer who seems very willing to work together. Looking forward to a productive season with them!
Adam is one of those rare individuals that you meet, who can transform anyone into a healthy, fit person in a year or less. Whether you just want to feel comfortable & work out in a gym, loose a few extra pounds, get back into shape or get serious about bodybuilding and completely transform yourself, he can do it. I followed his nutrition plans and his workout plans for 10 months and went from 28%bf down to 7% and then started competing again in NPC BB. Like he always says “You gotta trust the process”! lol 😂
