Best private gym in town. The staff is friendly. Aaron, Lucy, and Adam are down to Earth and very knowledgeable. I never have to wait on a machine here.
Great fitness place with good trainers and positive environment that teaches you how to do the exercises properly and provides great motivation. I enjoyed working out more and getting stronger (even motivated me to going there and workout on my own and sticking with my routine) since coming here.
