I had a positive experience at bodies by Adam. The staff was professional friendly and I was happy with the services I received. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding regarding the overall cost and financial commitment involved. Looking back, I do feel I could have asked more detailed questions before signing, but I also feel the pricing, contract terms, and long term expectations could have been explained more clearly upfront to avoid confusion. Best place for nutrition ! Honestly change my life with the one on one nutrition consults and the staff. Adam took a lot of time to put my meal prep together based off of my BMI readings and it made a huge difference with my overall health and confidence. I still continue my meal prep with the tools that he gave me to calculate my carbs and protein intake for the week. I signed up to train at Adam’s gym while doing Contract work in Corpus Christi. Although I had to cut my training short due to changing jobs, I found Adam and his staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend his gym to anyone looking to make significant changes in their life.
