Ryhan is amazing. He holds you accountable pushes you to be better and doesn't let you fail. Love the work outs definitely not adult P.E .
I have been a member of Bodies by Adam for almost 5 months. My experience here has been amazing. The atmosphere in the gym is great, everyone puts their head down and grinds. Shoutout Rhyan for being an absolute beast of a trainer. Equipment is always clean and readily available. The trainers, Gabby, & Adam are always super supportive. I truly feel like they are wanting to see me succeed as much as I do. If you decide to sign up, you will not regret it!
Best private gym in town. The staff is friendly. Aaron, Lucy, and Adam are down to Earth and very knowledgeable. I never have to wait on a machine here.
