She answered all my questions helped me with any concern concerns gave me a great amount of advice on what type of services I would need Or might consider having the benefits of them. She has a great personality and made me feel very comfortable. Love the ambience as well

I received a text that my appointment was canceled, the day before and I reached out to Bri and got no response and/or reason why my appointment was canceled until after i cancelled, got my refund and left a bad review. Even my 1st interaction w/her was just unprofessional. If you want your business to do good, then run your business good and start with good customer service.
