Communication was very poor. I completely understand that people can be busy, but I booked my appointment a full week in advance and didn’t receive any response or confirmation until about 30 minutes before the appointment time. On top of that, the business address listed on Google was not accurate. I was expecting a location about 15 minutes away, but the actual address turned out to be an hour and a half away.
