Wow, is the first word that comes to kind when I think of Shay and the sculpting she’s done on my body in a few weeks! She takes pride in what she does and clearly loves it. So, you not only get the sculpting service but you get dietary suggestions, reminded to drink lots of water and most importantly reminded to love yourself! And all that with a warm heart and great personality. What a blessing!

Shay is amazing when it comes to just about everything she does. I have been working out with her on wednesday's via zoom and her class is amazing. I started with Shay over 8 months ago, and personally never had body countouring and laser lipo done before, Shay explained everything she was going to do and before she switched things up she would always tell you why and what the benefit would be. I have seen great results. Some of the other things I have tried while going to Ms. Shay is her Detox Products, V-Steam is also a breath of fresh air, and highly recommend if you never had one before, and dont let me forget about her Protein Powder is also yummy. She is the sweetest person ever and so understanding and she loves what she does so there is no judgement coming from her, she tells you what may work best for you and your body type and she makes you feel good and great about yourself, plus the results are awesome and well worth the hard work.
