Arthur is a magician and true Renaissance man. He initially provided a number of odd job tasks for my apartment, and then created three incredible built in projects. I explained and drew what I was looking for and Arthur turned it into reality. (Builtin bookshelves/desk/closets, window seat, recording booth) He’s also a joy to work with. My only regret posting this is that he’ll get even busier—which is great for him but a bummer for those clamoring for his services!

Arthur is a true diamond in the rough. Not only is he honest, reliable, and super talented, he also creates 100% customized and perfect solutions for your home. I have hired Arthur to create a gorgeous and hyper detailed work desk, floor to ceiling shelving for an in-home daycare, as well as countless custom shelving to take advantage of every nook and cranny of my NYC apartment. There is not another person on this earth who could have done as good a job as him. I can’t sing his praises enough!

Had an urgent situation with my apartment door and had to travel the next day. Called a number of contractors and Bodie was the ONLY one to respond! Mr. Arthur Bodie came through, assessed the situation and came up with a fix. He returned early the next morning with all the materials and fixed my door in less than a half hour! Mr. Bodie is professional and very courteous. Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone! Deserves 10 stars out of 5!!

Arthur can do anything. He thinks out of the box and comes up with excellent solutions. He has renovated my bathroom and kitchen, has installed every kind of cabinet, light fixture, electrical outlet - you name it. He’s a master! At this point, Arthur has my key so that when I need some work, he just comes on over. He’s totally trustworthy and professional. What would I do without Arthur? You will grow to count on him, as well!

He is very professional and he can make a project as simple or as fancy as you want. We wanted a door frame and door installed as cheaply as possible so that it would be removable when we move out. He did it in a simple quick way to save us money. He asked if we wanted any decorative trim and we said no thanks. Then he gave me a lot of helpful hints for painting it and caulking it. Really nice guy. I think he could have done it in a elegant style so that it blends in perfectly if we wanted that.
