I've tried many different gyms but BODICOMPLETE is the first gym that has truly made me feel like they genuinely care about their members. From the trainers to the owners when you walk into BC you feel like you're exactly in the right place and with the right people who'll support your fitness and wellbeing goals.
Brilliant class for older people three times per week - since Bronte has been training within this, I have had zero injuries from the gym, and feel that I am progressively getting stronger every week. Well worth the time and money spent! Valery
I am 63 and I have been doing the Stay Strong class twice a week with Brontie. Highly recommend it to this older generation. I came to the class hoping to get fit for an up coming overseas trip, as I was worried I couldn't do all the walks and tours. Been going since the 6th of January.
