Can't say enough about this incredible gym. Starting with the owner, Antonio, and to all of the instructors, they are all amazing and are there to help meet you where you're at in your fitness journey and help get you where you want to be. Every piece of equipment you could ask for and a welcoming space. The plant life brings an extra level of energy every time you walk in the door! Can't recommend this gym enough!
I'm still giddy with bodi-positive afterglow following my first group fitness class ever; HIIT at Bodi Shak with Toni! The workout lived up to the level of intensity as advertised, and I was energized throughout the 45-minute session thanks to Toni's cheerleading enthusiasm and direct instruction. To say I'm stoked to check out my next class at Bodi is an epic understatement!
I cannot say enough good things about Bodi Shak. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed! I was attending my first-ever cycling class and knew nothing and was so nervous but all my nerves vanished when I was warmly greeted and given a tour by the owner, Toni!
