The owner is a kind and generous man. The place, designed, captures his eye, and a story. If i had a priest, it would be he. This sanctuary is a temple. And a great place to level up. Good vibes like [the kokiri,] an elementary school village, and pe. The classes are a great way to structure your practice and try different and versatile areas of focus. 10/10 dont come here, id rather not share w the masses. The rest is up to you to discover. I enjoy coming to classes here because they have quick 30 minute classes that I can squeeze in during my lunch break at work. Although the classes are short, they are a really challenging workout. I feel it is an efficient use of my time. The gym is also a beautiful and unique space, with exposed brick walls and plants. Staff and trainers are always friendly and welcoming, and I appreciate that they make an effort to learn and remember names of the people who come to their classes. Can't say enough about this incredible gym. Starting with the owner, Antonio, and to all of the instructors, they are all amazing and are there to help meet you where you're at in your fitness journey and help get you where you want to be. Every piece of equipment you could ask for and a welcoming space. The plant life brings an extra level of energy every time you walk in the door! Can't recommend this gym enough!
