It's very clean and has a lot of equipment for you to work on
Exactly what I needed. Reminds me of the size of one of the area gyms (not mainside gym) when I was a Marine in Camp Pendleton. Great mix of genders and ages. Overall a perfect gym for me.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean environment, and a lot of options for both equipment and classes. I highly recommend Bodi N Balance and appreciate that it is locally owned.
