I love the classes here. The instructors are excellent and they work you to your best performance. The studio is warm and comfortable. Great vibe and good energy. Highly recommend.
I loved using the infrared sauna; it was a wonderful experience. I used the Bodhi shampoo and conditioner in the shower after and my hair was super shiny! Thank you; I’ll be back next time I'm in town!

I had my first facial at Bodhi Spa and it was a great experience! Kathleen was very personable and nice! She gave me a wonderful facial and provided a lot of thorough instructions as to how I can improve and maintain healthy skin. I appreciate that she was mindful of my sensitive and fair skin. I definitely plan to see her for my next facial.
